On February 7,2019, Mr. Ignacio Packer, Executive Director of International Council for Voluntary Agencies(ICVA), paid a visit to ANE and discussed with its management as to how to strengthen ANE’s operational and institutional capacities to ensure more optimal response in view of the large un-met needs in the humanitarian and development dimensions.
